1stの甘い音色のsoloはいいのだが、伴奏パートが無駄にキツいのが玉にキズ。
中間部には凝ったベルトーンが配置されていて、アンサンブルも意外と難しい。

Passacaglia		 本数が多いだけで合いにくいのに、技術的にも難しい現代曲。
軽い気持ちでちょっと遊んでみたが・・・
パート譜の２段目くらいで挫折してしまった。

「厚」苦しいが、個人的に好みではある（笑）

Point West		 淡々と進行する曲。
時折現れるsolistの絡み合いが、よく聞くととんでもなく凄いことをやっている。
バストロもすごい跳躍を披露しているし・・・聞いて驚く曲だ。

David Taylorのために書かれたらしく、バストロンボーンsoloは広い音域と難しいパッセージが要求されている。

これだけの人数で吹くガブリエリの作品。
教会とかで演奏したら、さぞや迫力のある演奏になるんだろうな。

Au Fond A Gauche 今までに買った曲の中で、屈指の大ハズレ。
楽譜は各パート共通で・・・人の顔がたくさん書いてあるだけ。。。う〜ん、難解（爆）
解説を読むと・・・「人物の表情を読み取ってその感情を演奏で表現する」のだそうだ。
しかも、「リハーサルをしてはいけない」だと（爆）。
人数に応じてステージ上の「フォーメーション」を指定しているのが笑える。
通販の落とし穴、という教訓を得た。

中間部も含めて、とてもカッコ良くアレンジされている。
Percussionには“Mouthpiece”もあり、冒頭にリムを弾いて鳴らすように要求されている。
